The thermal deformation temperature of ordinary thermoplastic plastics is 60-120 ℃, and only a few varieties can be used for a long time at about 200 ℃. Some plastics are easy to catch fire or burn slowly, and a large amount of toxic smoke will be produced during combustion, resulting in casualties when buildings catch fire. The linear expansion coefficient of plastics is larger, which is 3-10 times larger than that of metal. Therefore, the temperature deformation is large, which is easy to cause material damage due to the accumulation of thermal stress.

Because PPH pipe has excellent low-temperature performance and toughness, and can resist the damage of vehicle and mechanical vibration, freezing and thawing action and sudden change of pressure, coil can be used for insertion or ploughing construction, which is convenient for construction and low engineering cost; Moreover, because the pipe wall is smooth, the medium flow resistance is small, the energy consumption of the conveying medium is low, and it is not subject to the chemical corrosion of liquid hydrocarbons in the conveying medium. Medium and high density PPH pipes are suitable for urban gas and natural gas pipelines. Low density PPH pipe is suitable for drinking water pipe, cable conduit, agricultural spraying pipe, pump station pipe, etc. PPH pipe can also be used in water supply, drainage and air duct of mining industry.
